The Full Story
I am a therapist, writer, and survivor.

After fleeing California due to domestic violence, I traveled to avoid being tracked. Writing became my primary healing source since I could take a journal with me wherever I went. On my journey to heal my own heart, I found what felt like my calling – supporting other survivors on their journey.

My work spans from education to domestic violence shelter management, though my expertise is working with survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault as an EMDR therapist.
I hold a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology, specializing in Psychological Trauma from Antioch University Los Angeles. In practice I utilize EMDR, some Queer Narrative Therapy, and Somatic Experiencing techniques. I hold a strong belief that through the process of challenging one’s internal narrative, and developing the right tools to cope, quality mental health services can be a key to personal liberation. I want to help you get there.
