My out of pocket rate is $170 an hour.
Currently, all of my sliding scale spots are full. If you are interested in services but need a lower fee option, you can contact me to get on my wait list for sliding scale spots.
Yes. If you no-show or cancel within 24 hours of our appointment time, I charge $100. If you cancel with more than 24 hours’ notice, you will not be charged.
I am currently in network with Premera and can bill Lifewise. I am also able to offer a superbill for insurance reimbursement. This means it may be possible to bill your insurance with me as an out-of-network provider.
A superbill is a summary of all the services you have received.
The process we would follow is:
- You see me for an individual therapy session.
- After the session, you pay my out of pocket rate: $170 (or whatever payment arrangement we have).
- I create a superbill, including information about your session, your diagnosis, treatment plan, and the amount you paid, and send that to you.
- You submit the superbill to your insurance company.
- If your insurance company decides to cover services, they reimburse you.
Please note that if you wish to work with insurance, a diagnosis is required and the number of sessions you have will be determined by your insurance.
Credit, debit, or HSA (Health Savings Accounts) cards are run the end of each session through a HIPAA secure platform I use called STRIPE.
As a patient, you have the right to what we call a "Good Faith Estimate." This means you will receive full transparency about how much your medical care will cost. The idea is, for patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance, is health care provider is responsible for providing an estimate of the bill for medical items and services without any surprises.
